Червеното повдига кръвното налягане, повишава сексуалното желание, увеличава честотата на дишане, ускорява метаболизма и повишава нивото на самочувствие. Па така, червените дрехи и обувки символизират смелост и храброст. На жените се препоръчва да носят червено на работно интервю но и на среща, т.е във всички случаи, когато искат да се изтъкнат защото доказано -мъжете са по-отзивчиви към червения цвят при жени и по-често избират жени, облечени в червено.
